Using Our Services

By booking a service, enrolling in a course, or otherwise engaging with Morning Calm Birthing Services, you agree to these terms. Our services include doula support, childbirth education, and postpartum guidance for expectant and new families.

Nature of Doula Support

Our support is non-medical in nature. We provide emotional, physical, and informational support, but we do not diagnose conditions, perform clinical procedures, or replace the care of your doctor, midwife, or other licensed healthcare providers. Always consult your medical team for medical decisions.

Bookings & Payments

Services are confirmed once a booking is agreed and any required deposit or payment is received. Fees, inclusions, and payment schedules will be communicated to you before your booking is confirmed.

Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that pregnancy and birth are unpredictable. Our cancellation and refund terms will be shared with you at the time of booking. Please contact us as early as possible if your circumstances change.

Your Responsibilities

To help us support you well, we ask that you provide accurate information, communicate openly about your needs, and treat our team with mutual respect. You remain responsible for your own medical care and decisions.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, written content, and resources we provide are for your personal use only and remain the property of Morning Calm Birthing Services. They may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Morning Calm Birthing Services is not liable for any outcomes related to your pregnancy, birth, or postpartum experience. Our support complements, but does not replace, professional medical care.

Confidentiality

We treat the personal and health-related information you share with us as confidential, in line with our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Korea, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
